When you buy underwear and bathing suits, do you wash them before wearing them? The Today Show did an undercover investigation on lingerie at some popular stores. Store employees were caught selling underwear that had been returned and possibly used. Every store they tested took the underwear back. Some even retagged it and put it right back out for sale as new. Believe it or not, it’s not illegal to sell used underwear! The Today Show even stained some underwear with baby oil, and many stores put them right back out on the sales floor. The lesson? Try on underwear and bathing suits over your own underwear, and definitely wash them when you get home! Can I say “ewwwww”?
